Simply mix it with our versatile mineral pigments for intense eyeshadow effects or with our loose glitter for eyeliner that looks like streams of diamonds. Instructions: Apply a thin layer to desired eyelid area, wait approximately 10-20 seconds for gel to become tacky then apply shimmer or glitter over gel with a dabbing motion. After applying wait for gel to dry and set before fully opening eyes to prevent smearing or smudging.
