Instructions: Apply a thin layer to desired eyelid area, wait approximately 10-20 seconds for gel to become tacky then apply shimmer or glitter over gel with a dabbing motion. After applying wait for gel to dry and set before fully opening eyes to prevent smearing or smudging.
